      <image:caption>Ryan Trollinger, CEO Trollinger group is led and founded by Ryan Trollinger. Ryan has extensive knowledge of Microsoft’s products and clientele, as he has been working with Microsoft for over a decade. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St John’s University in 2010 and thereafter he embarked in a career with a mixture of financial services and technology roles. Ryan began his career interning at Merrill Lynch under the Vice President of Wealth Management. He then worked at BlackRock as a help desk technician and started to develop his technical expertise which led him to a position at Microsoft’s helpdesk as a contractor, where he worked his way into a full-time position as a Customer Success Manager. Ryan has had many connections with Microsoft employees and customers in the Financial Services industry throughout his career. He has a specialty in connecting and building relationships and finding synergy between business and technology leadership initiatives. He has performed many demos, trainings, and presentations in his role at Microsoft and now, he is passionate about enabling customers and expanding his footprint through Trollinger Group. Aside from his technical and business experience. Ryan was a special education teacher at Nassau BOCES in his early career and harnessed the ability to keep people engaged and exercise the patience to allow people to learn at their own pace.</image:caption>
